"Words cannot express what an asset Sharon was and still is! Sharon made me feel as though I was her only or most important client. I could contact her day or night with any concern I had. She answered the majority of the calls I placed to her. There were very few instances where I had to leave a message. Sharon prepared me for everything in advance. She made sure I understood everything that was occurring in real time. If I did not understand something, she patiently explained, then re-explained it again until I was comfortable with the situation. I had to make several repairs on the property I purchased before moving forward with my contract. Sharon not only made sure I knew what needed to be repaired, she also provided me a list with three contact options who could perform the repairs AND she made sure I was not overcharged for the repairs. Sharon allowed me to cry, vent or do whatever I needed to do with patience when I became frustrated during the buying process. Sharon cried and rejoiced with me when I FINALLY found "my home" and at closing time. Closing didn't end our relationship. She gave me a list of contacts for tasks that I mentioned I wanted to work on after closing. At our first showing, I told Sharon I could not envision my Christmas tree being set up in any of the rooms of that house. For each showing after that, Sharon asked, "Now Cassie, I know you like the house but where will you put the Christmas tree?" By this action, I knew Sharon cared more about me and my comfort in any home I chose than she cared about "making a sale". I would recommend Sharon to anyone who will or will not listen. Sharon makes a bond with her clients that is impossible to top. To this day, she still contacts me to ask about my family and to make sure I am still in love with my home, the home I would not have if it had not been for Sharon's patience and diligence.
